These stamps come from a variety of sources, such as:

Charitable donors who send the stamps straight to us rather than their chosen Charity, thus guaranteeing that the stamps have not been sorted by Charity or Dealer. We then pay the Charity direct.

The bulk of our stamps come from the Charities themselves. Dependant on the particular Charity, the stamps come in various categories of grading. This grading is done by volunteer helpers, and the degree of grading depends on the number of volunteers that the Charity can call upon. Thus, stamps from small Charities are usually totally ungraded, but stamps from large/popular charities will be well-graded as below.
